Shipping

Signature is required upon delivery for any order over $250. Maximira is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Maximira is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.

Returns/Exchanges 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase in the unused condition with the original security tag attached and packaging intact. Unfortunately earrings and special orders are not returnable. To process a return, please email sales@maximira.com.

Upon receiving your return request email we will send out an RMA number that has to be included with the return for processing. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.
